No hidden fees. Email and online support is included.

Monthly Fee

$169 per month for your first shop and less for each additional location.
Unlimited number of clients and employees.
500 outbound and unlimited inbound text message credits per month.

Contract

Month to month payment - no contract.

Extras

None, but if for some reason you need more than 500 outgoing text messages a month, you may purchase additional messages and they do not expire unless you cancel your subscription. Messages are sold in blocks of 500 for $15.

Groom-O-Matic was designed by Brad's Workshop where we gathered a team of groomers to help our software developers understand the groomer's needs and focus on providing application-specific solutions. We have also taken into consideration the unique business situations that pet salons face and created management tools that are simple to use and understand.

We don't expect you to manage your business with a spreadsheet. We want you to focus on your business and use our tools grow your business and give you the tools to have a worry-free shop.

All too often software developers take existing tools and try to modify them to be used to accomplish different tasks. When you groom a dog you use various products for various tasks. Using the wrong shear gives you bad results. The wrong shampoo and you've just caused the pet to have major skin issues and pain. The average person might just say "Scissors are scissors" or "Shampoo is shampoo" and not understand the different types and what they are used for.  By forcing you to use re-purposed point of sale or contact management software to run your business we would be doing the same thing. It can cause more damage and more hardship than its worth.

You have various tasks that need to be done AND tracked throughout the pet's grooming process. We get that and provide you with a unique color-coded way to manage that. You need to have tools that work for YOU and YOUR BUSINESS.
