    Yes, all of your data, including details about your clients, is private and only available to you. We may access your account to help you troubleshoot, but we never use, sell or transfer your data to anyone unless you specifically tell us to do so.Your customers are the life blood of your business. Your customers data should be private. It should never be sold to anyone for marketing, analytics or anything else. We will never sell or use that data. We also don't disclose or sell our client list or analytics, so you won't be contacted by vendors that got your name from us. Seriously, how can any company that provides a service like this feel that it's right to share your data or use it for their purposes.
  • Can I see an Analytics report? +

  • What prices are our services? +

    Groom-O-Matic is priced at $169 per month.

  • What is our refund policy? +

    You may cancel at any time. If you cancel before the end of your billing cycle your system will remain active until the end of the cycle. Customers on 1 year contracts may not cancel after the introductory period.
  • What payments methods do we accept? +

    We use PayPal to process automated payments. You may use most payment methods with PayPal. We also accept electronic and paper check payments.
  • What support options are available? +

    To keep costs down we have implemented an online help system. Please click the link and submit your request through the system. For urgent matters you may call us directly for assistance.
  • What additional services are available? +

    We manage your gift cards and can also help integrate into your web site or even create and manage one for you. Drop us a note and we would be happy to help.
  • What languages do we support? +

    Currently we only offer US English and Spanish. We are working on language support for a future release.
  • Do you provide self service for my customers? +

    Yes, we offer a client portal to allow your users to create appointment requests, confirm appointments and check the status of their pets. The portal is available as an iframe to incorporate in your current website.
  • Can I text or email my clients? +

    Of course! Groom-O-Matic provides an interface to notify and communicate with your clients via email and text. We are continuously expanding the available options for this service. Email is free and your account includes roll-over text credits.
