No hidden fees. Email and online support is included.

Monthly Fee

$99 per month for your first shop and less for each additional location.
Unlimited number of clients and employees.
500 outbound and unlimited inbound text message credits per month.

Contract

Month to month payment - no contract.

Extras

None, but if for some reason you need more than 500 outgoing text messages a month, you may purchase additional messages and they do not expire unless you cancel your subscription. Messages are sold in blocks of 500 for $15.

You need to know what your costs are BEFORE you do business with us. It's very simple - one price for the system and then add on a text plan if you need more.

Currently we offer one package that includes all of the features of Groom-O-Matic. Everything you need to run your business:

  • Scheduling - Grooming, Boarding and Daycare, including the ability for your clients to book grooming appointments online!
  • Client Records - manage your client, their pets and the appointments - all in one place. No more cards!
  • Virtual expert access to Dr. Faver of Iv San Bernard
  • Email Reminders - Send out reminder messages for upcoming appointments or events
  • Up to 500 outgoing SMS/Text messages and an unlimited number of incoming messages are included. Should you need additional messages they are easily added at very reasonable rates and do not expire.

We never charge you for your basic features such as:
